THE STUDIO

Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Bikram, hot, Iyengar, Yin, Jivamukti, Kundalini, Pilates... Practice all yogas in the heart of Paris.
Exclusively in studio!

In a space of 370m2: 2 rooms for collective practices, a room for private or small group practices, a lounge for moments of conviviality, changing rooms and all the comfort necessary to make your studio a unique place of exchange, sharing and warmth.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

3 PRACTICE ROOMS

Bandha yoga offers three practice spaces: two collective practice rooms with an infrared heating system for Bikram and hot yoga. A room dedicated to private lessons, massages and rope yoga. 

The studio provides mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets free of charge. 

OFF THE MATS...

A lounge area welcomes you to discuss, relax and share between students and teachers over tea.

The changing rooms are equipped with individual showers, toilets, key lockers and hair dryers.

Towels, water bottles are available at reception, as well as clothing and accessories in the studio's small boutique.

THE STUDIO IS OPEN EVERY DAY, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS INCLUDED

Il est vrai que la pratique du yoga développe la souplesse du corps, mais pas seulement : à part égale, elle doit rendre le corps puissant et solide.
Par ailleurs, la méthode du yoga Iyengar, grâce à sa précision et ses nombreuses techniques, favorise le développement de la stabilité du mental, état précieux dans un monde si complexe et incertain.
